中日ドラゴンズ
Cyunichi Dragons

昭和１１(１９３６)年、大日本野球連盟・名古屋協会として創設。通称は名古屋軍。
昭和１９(４４)年、球団名を産業軍と改称。
昭和２１(４６)年、正式名称、中部日本野球倶楽部、球団名を中部日本と改称。
昭和２２(４７)年、球団名が中部日本ドラゴンズとなる。
昭和２３(４８)年、球団名は中日ドラゴンズ。
昭和２６(５１)年、球団名を名古屋ドラゴンズと改称。
昭和２９(５４)年、球団名が再び中日ドラゴンズに戻る。

It was established at 1936,as great Japanese baseball union Nagoya association. The alias was Nagoya troop.
1944.The club name was changed to Industrial Troop.
1946.Official title, Chubu Nippon baseball club, club name Chubu Nippon as new name.
1947.The club name became Chubu Nippon Dragons.
1948.As for club name Chunichi Dragons.
1951.Club name Nagoya dragons as new name.
1954.Club name returns Chunichi Dragons again.
1936 日の丸のような円の中に球団マークの入った初代球団旗。
The first club flag, they had club mark center of the circle.
1937-1940 当初、独自のリーグを作ろうとした。BLはベースボール、リーグの略。
At the bigining, they treid to make the league of their own.BL means
1937-1940 Bのみのバージョンもあった。
They had only B virsion also.
1941-1944 戦時中の球団旗のマークは漢字をデザイン。
Kanji ( Chinese letter ) was used  as the design during the last World War.
1948 中日新聞社のマークが描かれた戦後、第一号の球団旗。
It was the first original team flag which had the design of Chunichi  Newspaper  Publishing Company.
1949 1949年、球団旗に西洋のドラゴンが登場する。
The western dragon figure was appeared at the club flag in 1949.
1950 地色が黄色となる。
The basic color had changed to yellow.
1951-1953 球団名が名古屋ドラゴンズとなり、球団旗もモダンなデザインに変更。
The club name became the Nagoya Dragons.With the changing of team name, the flag design became modern.
1954-1964 球団名が再び中日ドラゴンズに戻り、球団旗はシンプルに。
The Team name was changed to Chunichi Dragons again and The flag design more simple.
1965-1967 中日新聞社の企業カラーである赤と紺のツートンカラーが採用される。
The two-tone colored design was adopted as the enterprisec Symbol color of Chunichi  Newspaper Company.
1968-1985 中日の漢字とＤｒａｇｏｎsのレターを組み合わせた球団旗が登場。
The combination of logomark of Dragons and Chunichi.
1986-1998 Ｄｒａｇｏｎsのヒゲが長くなる。
The underline of Dragons became longer.
1999- 文字がすべて小さくなる。
The logos were down sized.
